Rogelio Rodriguez
Pastor Rodriguez, or Brother Roger, has been the senior pastor since 1982 when the church first began. He has had the privilege of seeing it grow through different stages. After 20+ years as a bi-vocational pastor, Pastor Rodriguez, is now retired from his secular job, and full time in the ministry.

David Huegel
David Huegel (pronounced "Jíguel"), is Associate Pastor of Segunda Iglesia Bautista of Rosenberg since October 2020. Born in Houston but raised in Mexico City, David is the brother, son, and grandson of a missionary family in Mexico. Married to Cecilia Huegel-Camacho since 1986, they have four children of whom the youngest, Aaron, is also an active member of our church. A graduate of Houston Baptist University and a seminary in New Jersey, David has had extensive pastoral experience at several churches in Texas. In addition to ministry, he has found his greatest satisfaction in being a husband, a father, homeschooling, and caring for his grandparents (both of whom came into the presence of the Lord in his home) and an adult English teacher in his secular work.
